KU: RAMEN is a hybrid of a Japanese ramen shop and izakaya, where every detail serves one purpose: authentic Japanese ramen without compromise. Noodles are prepared fresh daily, and broth is simmered for 12 hours — tori shio, tori shoyu, tori miso based on Hokkaido paste, plus a dozen other varieties to suit every taste. The menu features 15 types of ramen along with appetizers, beverages, and desserts. The interior showcases minimalist Japanese aesthetics: natural wood, open kitchen, and abundant natural light. The atmosphere is lively and informal — perfect for a team lunch or a relaxed business meeting in a casual setting. Weekday business lunch specials from 12:00 to 16:00 offer ramen plus a beverage for 59,000 sum. Located next to Novikov Restaurant in the city center.
