Aksu is a restaurant with character and history. The kitchen is led by Bakhritdin Chusti, a renowned Uzbek chef and culinary championship winner who has reinterpreted Central Asian cuisine in a contemporary format. The menu features horsemeat dishes, beshbarmak in several variations, shipildiok, Uyghur and Kyrgyz specialties, shashlik, and plov. The interior is designed in eco-style with Eastern accents and offers 124 seats. Operating in dual format: functioning as a bistro until 3 PM, then as a full-service restaurant. No alcohol or smoking; the beverage menu includes kumiss and ayran. Multiple locations across the city.
