About the venue

Gruzin is one of Tashkent's finest Georgian restaurants, bringing the authentic atmosphere of Tbilisi to the shores of Uzbekistan. The kitchen is headed by Marika Rekhviashvili, a Georgian chef whose cooking transports you straight to someone's home in Batumi. Khachapuri with fresh homemade cheese, aromatic chakhohbili, hearty kharcho—all dishes are served in traditional clay vessels called ketsi. The restaurant spans two floors accommodating 120 guests: the first level features an open kitchen and pristine white tablecloths under silk lampshades, while the second floor offers a VIP hall for banquets and private events. Live music performances by invited artists take place in the evenings. The bar menu showcases Georgian wines, chacha, and homemade lemonades. The restaurant regularly hosts themed wine dinners.
