Ember & Embar is one of the highest points of Tashkent's gastronomic scene in the literal sense. The restaurant occupies the 17th floor on Shahrisabz Street: tables by panoramic windows overlooking the night city transform dinner into a memorable evening. The cuisine is an Asian-European fusion: sushi and rolls, ramen, pasta, tartare, and desserts served with dry ice. The cocktail menu is a story of its own, crafted to European standards. Evening entertainment features a DJ, with a lounge atmosphere that builds in tempo as the night progresses. Open until 2 AM, offering halal menu options, a summer terrace, and parking.
