About the venue

Diyar Uyghur Food is one of the few places in Tashkent where Uyghur cuisine is prepared by Uyghurs themselves. This is fundamental: the taste of lagman, dapandji and manti here is exactly as it should be — without adaptation for mass audiences. Uyghur cuisine is related to Uzbek cuisine, but with its own techniques and accents: richer sauces, different spices, and a distinctive pasta texture in lagman. Features a summer terrace, delivery service, and parking available.
