Arrows & Sparrows is a project by Dubai-based Memories Group, opened in Tashkent in 2019. Located on Ukchi Street facing the musical fountain, with a terrace that opens directly onto the show. In the evening, it's one of the city's most beautiful spots for outdoor dining. The menu features European cuisine with wide variety: all-day breakfast, burgers, sandwiches, pasta, salads, grilled dishes, desserts and signature coffee. The interior and presentation are designed for photography — it's no coincidence that this is one of Tashkent's most Instagram-worthy destinations. Gift certificates available, takeaway coffee, and parking.
